Not in the will anymore -- Franck's mugshot.
A Chicago woman wearing a ski mask brutally mugged someone she thought would be an easy target - her mother.

CHICAGO, IL (Catholic Online) - Julie P. Franck, 36, made her accomplice shoot her mother with a stun gun 15 times while she pilfered the victim's valuables on the street. Among the items she stole was her mother's 3.5 carat engagement ring worth $400,000 and about $200 in cash along with various credit and debit cards.

Fortunately, a witness on the street managed to intervene and pull off her mask before she and her accomplice could make off with their loot in a rented car.

Franck's mother was treated for injuries and released from the hospital.

Franck, who is also pregnant, is being held in jail, without bond, until she goes to trial on the charges.

Police and prosecutors have not disclosed if the second suspect had been arrested.
